Darnified ui oblivion not working with nmm mod#
There's an option there that allows you to turn off the game's default bars and use the ones provided by the mod instead. I think they are controlled by settings located in the Hud Status Bars - base.INI. EDIT: But this will make the config addon not work anymore, of course! Keep that in mind. The best option available, IIRC is to just replace the standard HUD bars with new ones provided by HSB, and then you can control its position and appearance by just using the HSB ini. OTOH, if you're using the DarnUi config addon to change positions and such, then yeah. the OMOD you're using, it would certainly need to have a script that detects DarN and auto-chose the correct installation files, or at least will need to have an option/prompt to let you chose the files yourself.

Here's the readme for Wrye Bash if there's anything you're confused by.You can certainly use them together, but you need to install HSB after having Darnified installed and it will certainly depend on the manner you install them. There are some other more advanced topics like the Bashed Patch, TES4LODGen and TES4Edit which you should read up on if you're using a lot of mods. It's good practice to use Wrye Bash for all your mods, since it keeps track of any conflicts between them, so you can decide yourself which should be prioritized, and because it lets you easily uninstall any mod without touching anything else. esps, go to the "Mods" tab and enable them, and then fix the load order with LOOT.
Darnified ui oblivion not working with nmm mods#
For most mods you don't need to do anything else, but with some mods you have options in the "Sub-Packages" area to the right, and some mods have a wand icon in which case you should instead click "Wizard" to install them. Right click the mod you want to install and click on "Install". For example, with QTP3R you have to make sure that first you have the Unofficial Oblivion Patch, then QTP3R itself, then the QTP3 UOP Compatibility Patch. Order the mods by clicking and dragging so that they're in the correct installation order. But when Darnified UI is working, the Adjustable hud doesn't allow me to move anything and many elements are missing or can't be moved. Open Wrye Bash and go to the "Installers" tab. My problem is that when Adjustable HUD alongside Darnified UI is working - the function that allows you to move HUD elements to where you want, the interface is so clunky it's definitely not Darnified. For example, my Oblivion folder is V:\Games\Bethesda\Oblivion, so I put my mods in V:\Games\Bethesda\Oblivion Mods\Bash Installers.

Put the mod archive in the "Bash Installers" subfolder. Hail Citizen! Welcome to /r/oblivion! Now every time I go back into the game, my UI set up is the way I want it every time. It also replaces the world map with a beautiful, high-detail colour version. Now Im not an expert modder or anything but have been doing it for a while so I looked at the files themselves and found what I thought could change the default settings of the UI. At the moment it is sorely lacking, and we'd like to remedy that. Irritated by the gigantic fonts and clunky interface Darnified UI completely redesigns Oblivion's user interface, renovating every menu screen to make it work properly on your monitor. how did you install the Darnified UI mod.
